Overview
This is a high-end external receiver, intended for government,
military, security, surveillance, media monitoring and industrial
applications.
The frequency range is 150 kHz to 1.5 GHz. (US customers please note
this receiver is not available in cellular frequency restricted
version, therefore it is not available to general public in USA.)
(Computer not included, different antenna may be supplied.)

The WiNRADiO WR-3100e hardware/software package consists of the receiver unit,
Windows-based software, RS-232 cable, multi-voltage power Adapter, start-up antenna and a users manual.
Hardware
The external unit connects to an IBM PC compatible computer via a serial interface cable (PCMCIA interface Adapter is optional).
The unit has its own speaker. At the rear of the unit, there are
connectors for the antenna, serial control port, PCMCIA control port,
external speaker, power and a data output interface (discriminator
output).
